What is Mens Strength Camp?
A ‘Strength Camp’ consists of a group of hard-working, dedicated – high school, college, professional athletes as well as men of all ages looking to shred pounds of fat and get extremely fit. This group of athletes, from a variety of sports and men, meet with a highly skilled Strength & Conditioning Coach in a focused environment at a given time several days a week to…improve strength, decrease body fat, increase lean muscle mass, improve speed, power, agility, and overall general health.
How long are the sessions and how many times a week?
The sessions will last for 60 min of high intensity training. We meet 3 times per week
How many weeks is the camp?
The camp goes in 4 week intervals. We have found that individuals who make a 3 month commitment produce the best results. We strongly urge that you make sure you are 100% committed to attaining the goals that you desire.
Will I see results?
Just like anything in life, it is what you put into it. The program is geared to very demanding and will produce results. You will see phenomenal results if you train hard, watch your nutrition, and attend the sessions.
Can you train a full team at once?
Yes, it is a great way for a team to bond in the off season and prepare for the upcoming season. The unification of the team and the motivation that comes from watching other team members train next to you is proven to show results.
Do you have showers?
Yes , dont forget a towel!
What if I have never exercised or its been a really long time?
We know what you’re thinking, “I need to get into better shape and then I’ll start camp!” No, it’s for all levels! Temple trainers will be sure you’re doing all exercises with good form and at your pace. Modifications can always be made and are!
What if I miss a day?
There are no make up classes or prorations for missed days. If you become injured you may put your account on freeze with a doctor’s note.
