What is Boot Camp?
A four week program of fitness training, nutritional education and motivation designed with weights, cardio and stretching to burn fat, blast caloreis, gain strength and flexibility!. NO WORK OUT IS EVER THE SAME! Camp is for all levels… no one gets left behind.This program includes a complete body assement, 50 healthy recipes, 10 done for you in-home workouts, a sample eating plan and a guaranteed success manual.

What can I expect from Boot Camp?
Fun, Sweat and a Challenge! Temple Fitness trainers will motivate you and challenge you with new exercises each day leading you on your way to a stronger, leaner, more fit you.
What if I have never exercised or its been a really long time?
We know what your thinking, “I need to get into better shape and then I’ll start boot camp!” No, it’s for all levels! Temple trainers will be sure your doing all exercises with good form and at your pace. Modification can always be made and are!
Are camps held inside or outside?
Camps are held at the Temple Fitness Studio! 75% of the time they are held indoors; if the weather is extra nice trainers may take the campers out doors to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine! But never are camps in sever hot or cold weather!
What do I need to bring?
Just bring a bottle of water, a great attitude and be ready for adventure!
What can I expect after completing Boot Camp?
More energy, loss of inches, body fat and a firmer body (an average loss of 7 to 12 lbs and drop one to two pant sizes in four weeks). A happier, healthy, more confident you. New Friends too!
What if I miss a day?
There are no make up classes or prorations for missed days. If you become injured you may put your account on freeze with a doctor’s note.
Are there just ladies in camp?
Boot Camp is for ladies only, Temple Fitness offers Mens Strength Camp for just men.
Do you have showers?
Yes, don’t forget a towel!

Participating in Fit Camp with Kelly has been an awesome experience. Yes, it was tough, but the results I saw were totally worth it!! I lost a whopping 4 3/4 inches in my waist alone, just in 4 weeks!! Kelly is great to work with. She works you hard but also caters to your ability. She modifies the workout for those that need it but still pushes you to do your best. I am a repeat Fit Camper, going into my third session!! Oh and if you want a great, fun cardio workout, try her Zumba class! She is the best!
